Located on a historic Irish estate with tall trees, this rustic cottage is a peaceful and central base for exploring the Boyne Valley. Friendly hosts provided everything we needed, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The charming fireplace and rookery outside added to the serene atmosphere. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the cozy ambiance.

Loved chilling in the garden and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Close to Tara Hill and a short drive from Navan Shopping Centre. Free WiFi was a bonus.
Who needs clean floors? The dust bunnies under the bed were an unexpected addition to my luggage.

The beds were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and restful sleep. the location of the cottage was perfect for our needs, being close to various attractions and amenities. the provision of food basics upon our arrival was a thoughtful gesture that saved us from having to immediately go shopping.
The TV signal was sometimes weak, but it wasn't a big issue as we didn't come to the area to watch TV. the drive into the cottage was not great, with a part of the driveway causing some dragging against the bottom of our car.

We stayed at a charming and rustic cottage for our visit to Meath County. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historic area and also take a short drive to Dublin city center. It was convenient for us to have shops nearby in Navan, which is rich in history itself. The cottage was cozy and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and a front room with a fireplace. The book collection on local history was a pleasant surprise. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed watching the rookery of crows in the trees outside. We will definitely stay here again.
Nothing, it is perfect! 👌
